Cultural Insight
Michael: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Larisa: In Romania, the negation is expressed by nu. Unlike English, Romanian requires a double negation when using the word "nothing", "never", "no one", etc. It is essential to say it this manner: Nu știu nimic. Because Eu știu nimic, the literal translation of “I know nothing,” is incorrect.

Outro

Michael: And that’s all for this lesson. Don’t forget to check out the lesson notes, and we’ll see you in the next lesson!
Larisa: La revedere.
