Cultural Insight
Michael: Now it's time for a quick cultural insight.
Larisa: Romanian people tend to touch the objects they want to buy, in order to feel their texture or material. For example, when buying clothes, jewelry, accessories, shoes or even fruits. There are also stores where the product would be tested for the clients before they buy it. Asking how much the object is can be said like this: Cât costă? There are also places, such as open-air markets or bazaars, where the prices can be negotiated.

Outro

Michael: And that’s all for this lesson. Don’t forget to check out the lesson notes, and we’ll see you in the next lesson!
Larisa: La revedere.
